Message	Sounds like that's the one variable you haven't looked at yet. I would have also suggested suspension, but it sounds like you've thoroughly checked all of the points that would be touched during alignment and a deeper issue (tie-rods, wheel bearings, etc) should have shown some sort of symptoms with your stock brakes.
